Updated Jeeputer Progress

Well I didn’t expect this project to come back anytime soon, but the new Arduino Giga and matching Giga touchscreen, I can incorporate nearly everything my original Jeeputer system had into a single off-the-shelf board. No more separate circuits for power, clock, audio, graphics, etc, it’s all built into the Giga board.

This does mean rewriting the whole firmware from scratch, but my graphics assets still work well, so I made a quick demo of how “Jeeputer Giga” will work. Please note it’s still early, so there are functions not working or missing, but you get the idea.

This will also serve as the next generation of the SoundFX board I sold previously.

Once completed, I will release the entire project as open source, so you are free to build your own unit and customize it.
