Fortner Industries is my creative hobby outlet for all things engineering. I'm always pushing myself to learn new skills and invent innovative solutions to both large and small needs. While I'm not a business, several of my projects have caught others' eyes, and I will make small runs of projects for sale from time to time.
I enjoy tinkering with embedded systems (PLCs, Arduino, Rasberry Pi), PCB design, 3D printing, mechanical engineering, and robotics. I'm teaching myself C++ and Python, but am skilled in 3D CAD modeling like CREO, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, etc.
You can check out my latest projects on my Instagram account!
During the COVID-19 shutdown, I built a replica Jurassic Park Jeep. I love taking it to car shows and just seeing the smiles it brings wherever I drive it. Many of my latest projects involve the Jeep in some way, and I'm a proud member of the Jurassic Park Motor Pool.
